Additionally, I will continue to add content and insights which I feel to be relevant from the wider financial sector.

 

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the topics covered in more detail, please feel free to reach out. I am Morgan Sheldon, an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (AHCEO) with extensive experience in the field of debt recovery, high court enforcement and finance. 

 

In addition to my role as an AHCEO, I have served as a mentor at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) for their high enforcement-related qualifications. As a qualified adult educator I am helping to guide the next generation of professionals in this field.

 

I am a Fellow of the CICM, a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals, a Member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance, a CILEX Paralegal, and a full member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA). I have also worked closely with the UK government in shaping financial regulations, contributing my expertise to policy discussions aimed at improving the broader financial landscape. I even won a Paralegal of the year award in 2020 for my educational efforts in the civil enforcement sector.
